2. Usage Licence

PawArt.AI grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use our service to create AI-generated pet portraits. The resulting images are provided for personal use, and you retain rights to the images you create through our service, subject to the limitations outlined in these Terms.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with PawArt.AI, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of PawArt.AI require payment. By subscribing to our premium services or purchasing individual items, you agree to pay all fees at the rates in effect at that time. All payments are processed through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full payment information on our servers.

Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds will only be issued in accordance with our refund policy.

5. Refund Policy

If you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase. Refunds may be issued at our discretion for technical issues or service unavailability. We do not offer refunds for generated images that do not meet your artistic expectations, as art appreciation is subjective.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any images you upload to PawArt.AI. However, by uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, store, and process that content for the purpose of providing our services to you.

You are solely responsible for the images you upload and must have the necessary rights to share them. You must not upload images that infringe on others' intellectual property rights or violate any laws.

7. AI-Generated Content

The AI models we use are trained on diverse datasets. While we make efforts to ensure appropriate content generation, we cannot guarantee that all outputs will be entirely original or free from unintended similarities to existing works. PawArt.AI is designed specifically for transforming pet photos into artistic renditions, and you agree to use our service only for this intended purpose.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use PawArt.AI to:

• Generate images of humans or other non-pet subjects
• Create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers connected to the service
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise extract the source code of our software

9. Intellectual Property

PawArt.AI's name, logo, website, and all related content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not duplicate, copy, or reuse any portion of our website or service without express written permission from PawArt.AI.

10. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modifications, suspensions, or discontinuations.
